Inside this lesson you will learn how important it is to overcome negative thinking. Changing your thoughts can completely change your life.

LESSON 2:
Overcoming Negative Thoughts
In this lesson we will focus on overcoming negative thinking by replacing the negative thoughts with positive affirming thoughts. We will work on overcoming the negative thoughts and why it is so important to do so.

LESSON 3:
Body Shaming
In this lesson you will learn about body shaming and how we need to think more positively about our bodies. If you want a healthy body, you must have a healthy mind. You’ll learn that your body is more than a size, a number on a scale and an appearance.

LESSON 4:
Loving Your Body
In this lesson we will focus on being more loving to our bodies and feeling confident about ourselves. We’ll focus on what’s inside verses the outside of who you are. You will learn to love yourself to health.

LESSON 5:
Changing Your Body Image
In this lesson we will focus on working with your body and not against it and feeling confident on your own skin. We will learn that is IS ok to love your body and like what you see in the mirror.

LESSON 6:
Improving Your Spiritual Health
In this lesson you will focus on how to connect with yourself spiritually. You will focus on finding meaning, hope, comfort, and inner peace in your life.
